Redrawn Glass or Quartz Rods

SGP has a large inventory of standard rod in Soda Lime, Borosilicate, and Quartz (Fused Silica), with standard tolerances for diameter, circularity, and straightness.

SGP can fabricate glass rod using the “Redraw” process to create a product to our customer’s specifications, which continually exceeds their standards.

Soda Lime, Borosilicate, or Quartz ( Fused Silica) materials are utilized in the redraw process. Glass rod can be redrawn in many shapes including Round, Square, Rectangle, and Oval shaped.
